GET A NEW EMAIL ADDRESS - Never join any programs with your personal email address. Prepare a new one so you do not get your personal mails mixed up with your business ones. Additionally, if you receive any spam, it will be easier to get rid of and your personal email remains clean. Never reply to spam since this only verify that the email is really viewed or not. Actually, never open a message that looks like a spam. Some spam may be in coded form that will alert the sender that your address is genuine if you view the message. This will clearly result in more spam!
READ THE SMALL PRINT - Whenever you make a decision to use almost any online service, your email address will be asked first to sign up. This is generally and rapidly followed by a set of checkboxes: “Yes! join me up for our free weekly or daily earn money online newsletter! … Yes! Please also send me your best products and services mailing list! …”. Etc. Worst of all, these boxes are constantly all checked by default, trusting on the fact that many people send in the form without reading all the small black print and if you have made intention to join these so please be careful and watch every small print carefully otherwise you have spend a lots of hour cleaning your mailbox.
PROTECT YOUR EMAIL - do not place your email address in any public forum or site. There are many scammers who just waiting for a good email address to get the hack it and don’t register with anything (like adult or porn site) send you malware stuff in your mailbox to destroy email. Now you can visualize that the addresses signed up are then sold off to scammer who will cheerfully load your Email box
